The Answers You Need

At Atelier Eva Art, the complete satisfaction of our customers is always top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below, and feel free to get in touch if you need additional information.

Shipping


I will always ship ready made items within 1-3 working days of payment being received. Processing time for "Made to order" vary and is described on every listing.
Estimated shipping times:
UK Delivery - 3 working days
EU Delivery - up to 14 working days.
International delivery- up to 45 days.
*The usual method of sending is Royal Mail, 2nd class. If you want a tracking number, please contact me BEFORE placing your order (will be charged an additional fee).
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
*The parcel will be posted to the address provided.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and bank transfers for payment.  If you have any problems and need assistance just send us a message.

Returns and exchanges

I work hard to make sure all of my customers are perfectly delighted with their purchases. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch asap and we'll work something out together.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packing  with tags. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

I can't accept returns for:

> Custom or personalised orders

> Digital downloads

> Items on sale

All shipping costs are payable by the customer and not refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
